Texas Thaw

Looking back on the whole day I have to say it was a great show. We arrived at the show at 9:00am and as soon as I stepped out of the car I was scared. See I had checked the weather the day before and it was suppose to be 70 degrees and nice. Well once I stepped out of the car it was freezing and windy....extrememly windy. We set up the tent and that was a no go due to the wind. Things were flying around and it was extrememly fustrating. Even with all those complications (and worrying my toes would freeze off since I was wearing sandles)the people there were just great! I met a lot of people that day and had a blast talking with Tara from Tara to the T, Jodi from Binge and Purge and the girls from Empire Pin-up. The Torques ran a real smooth show and the drag racing was insane. My daughter didn't get to make it to the show due to the weather but we sold her magnets anyway and believe me they were going pretty fast! Towards the end of the day the weather got a little warmer and it ended up being a great show. I got some cool trade modeling photos out of it also.
